3 hours Class size 12 to 40 guests       $70 (PayPal Pay in 4 available)

Get ready for a record-breaking night of old school, messy fun which you’ll come out of with a one-off artwork painted on a vintage vinyl; this track will be off the charts!

Under the expert guidance of local artist and all-round legend Stephen Evans, you’ll learn some basic colour theory, painting composition and unique techniques on how to paint using just what you were born with – your hands (other body parts may become involved depending on how many drinks are consumed)

Enjoy a rum cocktail and prepare to reminisce over retro tunes and record players, rediscover that childhood passion for getting messy all while learning a rad new skill to create art at home! You’ll be amazed at what you will create.

Stephen Evans

My name is Stephen Evans, I am a full-time working artist with 30 years experience working as a scenic artist in film and theatre, Fine art and mural work. For the last 20 years I have run a studio / gallery in Bondi beach showcasing my work and producing artworks.

I have also run workshops in studios , galleries and schools. One of my painting methods, “Finger painting” is used to create fast, dramatic, scenic paintings and I would love to share this technique with people in this workshop.
