Our beloved Family Pottery Workshop is back - crafted for parents, kiddos, aunties, uncles, and anyone ready to play, create, and make memories together.
In this 1.5-hour session, you’ll step into the joy, the wobble, and the wonderfully creative mess of the pottery wheel. Expect giggles, clay-covered hands, and those sweet moments where everyone forgets the rules and simply enjoys making something beautiful.
You’ll learn the basics, try your hand at the wheel, and tap into that childlike spark we all carry - no experience needed, just a willingness to have fun.
Come slow down, create together, and make something perfectly… Not Yet Perfect.

Tickets and refund:
Please select carefully when choosing your workshop date and time. We DO NOT refund or reschedule workshop bookings. If you are unable to attend a workshop, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person.
Class Minimums
Classes will run with minimum 4 guests or more, if minimums aren't met classes can be rescheduled or refunded
Firing:
If requested for, all pieces made will be fired and glazed and ready for pickup a minimum of eight weeks after the workshop date. All participants will be notified via text when items are ready for pickup.
Firing fees:
Firing fee of $20 per piece paid during your workshop covers the trimming process, glazing of your works and two kiln firings.
*Firing fee $30 from 1st July 2024*
Pottery breakage:
In the unfortunate case were your pottery breaks or cracks in the kiln, Not Yet Perfect do not offer refunds, as this is the nature of the firing process- pottery is a beautiful yet delicate process. While we take the utmost care to ensure all works are delivered in the best conditions, in the case were any ceramics breaks due to mishandling, you will be contacted by one of our team and a full refund of your firing fee will be offered.

  • Complimentary firing of one piece per person.
  • If any work made is kept, a $30 charge per piece is applicable to cover firing and glazing. All work will be glazed in a gloss glaze.

Absolute beginners welcome! Kids aged 6+ years.
What to bring
  • An apron and/or towel.
  • Please wear casual comfortable clothes, keep nails short and remove all valuable jewellery.
Suitable for

An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.
