2.5 hours Class size 1 to 16 guests       $120 (PayPal Pay in 4 available)

Come and discover just how much fun resin jewellery can be!
In this relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll create up to eight beautiful resin jewellery pieces and accessories, designed in your favourite colours and individual style.
Kerry from Creative Beginnings will begin with a live demonstration before guiding you step by step through preparing, mixing and pouring your resin safely. You don’t need any previous artistic, resin or jewellery-making experience—I’ll be there to offer personalised guidance and plenty of encouragement throughout your session.
Choose from the available bezels or moulds to create pieces such as:
Pendants
Earrings
Keyrings
You’ll explore gorgeous pigments, shimmering colours, glitter and decorative elements, giving you the freedom to make every piece uniquely yours. There’s no pressure to copy a set example or make anything “perfect”—this experience is all about playing, experimenting and enjoying the creative process. The next day you'll pick up your cured pieces and learn how to assemble earring posts and findings.
Come on your own, bring a friend or gather your favourite people for a wonderfully creative experience. This workshop is perfect for catch-ups, birthdays, hens celebrations, experience gifts or simply making some time for yourself.
Creative Beginnings offers a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment where beginners can relax, connect and discover what they’re capable of creating.

Welcome to Creative Beginnings, a haven of artistic exploration nestled in breathtaking McLaren Vale.
Kerry Mart is your devoted artist and teacher. Her mission is to ignite your passion for creativity, intertwining it with wellness in inspiring art workshops.
A self-taught artist with over 40 years of experience, she pours her heart and soul into each session, crafted with beginners in mind.
Her workshops embrace a diverse range of art mediums and techniques as she loves them all equally. From the magical world of resin art, a fun sip and paint acrylic class within the Magpie Springs Winery, or a sip and create gathering at her local community club in McLaren Flat, where they alternate mediums monthly, it's a wonderful opportunity to have a go at playing with alcohol inks, acrylics, oils, or watercolours.
At each session, you're guided step-by-step with visual inspiration and live demonstrations to create unique art pieces that will fill you with pride.
At Creative Beginnings, we firmly believe in the power of arts for mental and emotional well-being. Kerry previously worked in Community Aged Care as a Home Care Coordinator. It was here that she started teaching art to small groups of people aged over 65. Witnessing the profound impact art had on her clients, she was inspired to extend her art classes to the broader community to promote well-being through art.
Regardless of your skill level or ability, her nurturing environment offers a warm sense of community, fun, and belonging as you create and connect with fellow art enthusiasts.
For an unforgettable experience, we offer private sessions too. Whether it's a delightful sip and paint party, birthday celebration, a memorable hen's event, a workplace well-being program, or NDIS support, we bring the magic of Creative Beginnings to your own venue.
