Designed for makers who already have clay experience and want regular access to a creative studio without a formal class or instruction. Simply show up at the dedicated times (afternoons or evenings) and work on your own pottery projects in a calm, supportive, community-focused space.

This is a self-guided pottery session. There is no formal teacher or demonstration. You have complete creative licence. Bring along your own pottery projects/clay. Work independently at your own pace. Connect quietly with other local ceramic makers.

Take home your finished pieces, or arrange glazing and firing with us for an additional price. You bring what you need, we provide the space, make what you want!


Looking for a relaxed space to work on your own pottery projects? Our membership program, aka Weekly Drop-In Pottery Studio, is a calm, welcoming session designed for makers who already have some pottery experience and simply want time, space and community to create.
When you get a subscription to our pottery membership, you can enjoy up to four drop-in studio sessions per month for $171 (that's $42.75 a session). You’re free to choose which sessions you attend from our available drop-in studio schedule, giving you flexibility to create when it works for you.
This is a self-directed studio session. There’s no teaching or demonstrations. Instead, you’ll enjoy two uninterrupted hours in our Fremantle studio.
Whether you’re returning to clay after a break, refining personal projects, or just craving a regular creative ritual, this session offers a beautiful balance of focus, flexibility and connection. A friendly studio host will be present to open the space and support the flow of the session while keeping the environment relaxed and unstructured.
What’s NOT included:
  • Teaching or demonstrations not included
  • Clay (optional: can be arranged separately for additional cost)
  • Glazing (optional: can be arranged separately for additional cost)
  • Firing (optional: can be arranged separately for additional cost)
  • Storage not included - please take your items home with you.
Please note: This session is designed for those with prior pottery experience. If you’re new to pottery, we recommend joining one of our guided public or private sessions instead. Clay, glazing, and firing are not included and can be arranged separately for an additional cost.

Knowledge required
You MUST have previous pottery experience to join our membership, as this is a self-directed subscription. Suitable for:
  • People with prior pottery experience
  • Hobbyists, ceramicists, returning students
NOT suitable for beginners (as this is self-directed, no teacher).

Is this a guided class?
No, this is a self-directed studio session! BYO pottery project and Inspo!
Do I need experience?
Yes, prior pottery experience is required. If you are new to pottery, we recommend coming along to one of our public, guide sessions. Following this you're welcome to join our drop-in, self-directed sessions.
Is clay / glazing / firing included?
No, these are not included and can be arranged separately for an additional cost.

Will someone be there?
A studio host will be present for access only. No teaching or guidance included.
Can I store work at the studio?
We do not offer storage for work at our studio. You must take your creations home with you. If you're keen to fire/glaze as can discuss option.
