Step into the kitchen for an immersive supper club with Pauline, aka @atara_jardin, an international gourmet chef, food artist, and technical master whose work blends science, intuition, and a deep love for seasonal produce. Home-grown in Argentina, trained across cultures, and now based in Melbourne, Pauline is known for vibrant, plant-forward cooking that’s as thoughtful as it is stunning.
This isn’t your average supper club.
It’s part hands-on cooking class, part social gathering, and part multi-course gourmet dinner. Designed for curious food lovers, enthusiastic home cooks, and anyone who’s ever wanted to host a truly unforgettable meal.
Expect seasonal dishes that make you forget you’re cooking within any dietary limits at all. Gluten-free? Vegetarian? Vegan? They can be tricky to get right, but not here. Pauline will show you how to coax serious flavour from unexpected ingredients, so you can confidently navigate any guest list or dietary requirement. You’ll cook with purpose, plate with intention, and feast in good company. Along the way, you’ll pick up the kind of kitchen wisdom that only comes from years behind the pans.
