Join me in my beautiful studio in Subiaco and create your own luxurious silk scarf using real botanicals while discovering the fascinating art of eco-printing.
This is much more than a workshop — it's a full-day of unique experience where you'll have time to slow down, reconnect with nature, and completely immerse yourself in the process without feeling rushed.
Whether you're looking for a relaxing time with friends and enjoy a beautiful day creating your own bespoke piece of wearable botanical or simply love working with nature, this workshop offers a truly memorable experience.
Eco-printing is a beautiful collaboration with nature, where leaves, flowers, and natural pigments create unique patterns that can never be exactly repeated.
Over 6–7 hours, I will personally guide you step by step through my complete eco-printing process — from selecting botanicals and designing your composition to bundling, steaming, and finally revealing your finished silk scarf.
Because the workshop is intentionally kept small, every participant receives individual guidance, plenty of hands-on practice, and the opportunity to ask questions throughout the day.
While your bundle is steaming, we'll enjoy a relaxing break together with bubbles, tea, coffee, light refreshments, and something sweet. It's the perfect opportunity to share ideas, discuss techniques, and answer all your eco-printing questions.
Then comes everyone's favourite moment — carefully unwrapping your silk scarf to reveal a completely unique piece of wearable art created by YOU!
Those joyful "Wow!" and "Oh my goodness, it's amazing!" moments never get old and are always the highlight of the day.

Knowledge required
No experience in eco-printing is needed.
What to bring
All you need to bring is your friendly attitude and desire to learn the eco-printing process.
Given that printing with botanicals can be a somewhat untidy process, we kindly suggest refraining from wearing your finest attire. However, please be assured that aprons will be supplied for your convenience.
Please note, the studio is located in a historical building on the second floor and is not wheelchair accessible.

Hi, I’m Tatiana — a designer, textile artist, nature lover and teacher, and I’ve spent most of my life creating beautiful things with my hands.
Fashion has always been one of the most important parts of my life. Over the years, I worked with Australian designers, developing patterns and samples for their collections as well as creating bespoke wedding gowns and custom-designed couture pieces for private clients.
These days, I also really enjoy sharing what I’ve learned with others. My classes bring together two very different sides of my creative world — couture sewing and corsetry, with all its beautiful precision and detail, and eco-printing, where nature takes over a little and surprises us every time.
My studio is located in the heart of Subiaco. It’s a cosy, welcoming creative space, filled with professional equipment and tools I use in my own work. I want everyone who walks through the door to feel comfortable, inspired and very much at home.
For me, teaching corset making or eco-printing is about more than simply showing you how to make something. I love sharing my knowledge, techniques and experience, and it’s always a pleasure to meet new creative souls and help them develop their own skills and confidence. I want my classes to feel warm and social — a place where like-minded people can meet, exchange ideas, share their own experiences and simply enjoy spending time together. One of the greatest joys for me is seeing my students leave the studio with happy smiles, new skills and something beautiful they have created with their own hands. My heart truly sings when I see that happiness and pride in their eyes.
