Yash Godbole

It was my first time doing yoga in ages and as a big person I was nervous and the whole thought of it was intimidating.

But Yash was the absolute best. I told him what I was comfortable with and he customised the class to suit me. It didn't take away the benefits because I could still feel the stretch and the flex.

Yash gives you one-on-one attention and is so considerate and inclusive.

It was such a calm, zen, fun morning. Thank you Yash for being so amazing and making me feel comfortable and also helping me push beyond my limits (which I didn't know I could do). Can't wait for the next class.

For anyone out there who hasn't been to a yoga class before for whatever reason or you're worried you won't fit in, I highly recommend you give Yash and Deep Yoga a go. You will love it I know, I did

Wow What a class by Yash. I had a very hectic week and this class was what I needed. Yash ensured he gave me personal attention and corrected my pose. That coupled with a nice spring morning by the river has left me feeling happy, relaxed and ready for the weekend. Thank you so much Yash. I'm ready to kick start my yoga journey with you!
