Nestled in the heart of Western Australia, 11 Acre Farm is a working property and gathering place where food, farming, and community intertwine. Guided by a commitment to sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and seasonal living, the farm offers a unique experience that connects people back to the land.
???? The Farm: Inspired by Syntropic Permaculture
At the core of 11 Acre Farm is a living, breathing landscape shaped by syntropic permaculture principles. This regenerative farming method mimics natural forest systems, creating a diverse and resilient ecosystem where fruit trees, vegetables, herbs, and native species flourish side by side. Rather than working against nature, we work with it — enhancing soil health, sequestering carbon, and creating abundance through intentional design.
Our farm is a place of constant evolution: rows of seasonal produce grow among flowering guilds, while chickens roam and bees hum between blossoms. Every element has a role to play in the greater symphony of life.
???? The Good Paddock & Cubby Cafe: Our Paddock-to-Plate Restaurant & Café
Overlooking the working farm is The Good Paddock & Cubby Cafe our farm-to-table café and restaurant space.
Here, the harvest is celebrated daily — turned into vibrant, nourishing meals that reflect the rhythm of the seasons and the care taken in their growing.
Menus change with what’s ripe and ready in the paddock, with additional ingredients sourced from like-minded local producers. From long lunches to slow breakfasts, every plate tells the story of the land and the hands that grew it.
Whether you're sipping coffee in the sun, enjoying a weekend wine-paired dinner, or tasting the first asparagus of spring, The Good Paddock is a place to gather, nourish, and linger.
???? Workshops & Events: Learn, Create, Connect
11 Acre Farm is also a hub for learning and creativity. Throughout the year, we host a rotating calendar of hands-on workshops and seasonal events designed to inspire connection — to food, craft, nature, and each other.
Some of our recent and ongoing offerings include:
Sourdough Breadmaking – learn the art of wild-fermented bread in an intimate, flour-dusted setting.
Floral Workshops – forage, arrange, and take home stunning seasonal posies using blooms from the farm and surrounds.
Cheese & Pasta Making – a joyful celebration of old-world kitchen crafts, where guests learn to make fresh cheeses and hand-rolled pasta from scratch, often using farm-fresh eggs and local milk.
Permaculture Tours & Talks – guided walks through our syntropic rows, exploring regenerative design and sustainable practices.
Farm Dinners & Supper Clubs – immersive dining experiences that celebrate hyperlocal ingredients and community storytelling.
Whether you're rolling dough, harvesting olives, arranging flowers, or simply walking the land, each experience at 11 Acre Farm is designed to deepen your connection to where food comes from and how it’s grown.
