Opening Perspective

Opening Perspective

We begin with a guided introduction into intuitive mark-making and creative presence, setting the tone for clarity, focus, and openness.

Creative Exploration

Creative Exploration

Through abstract expression, participants explore decision-making, intuition, and leadership energy using paint, charcoal, clippings, and movement.

Reflection and Insight

Reflection and Insight

The session closes with reflection and conversation, allowing insights from the creative process to translate into leadership and everyday thinking.

This creative leadership experience is designed to gently move you out of analytical thinking and into creative flow.
Inspired by the rhythm of Italian studios, where time slows, instinct leads, and creativity is treated as a way of being rather than a performance, this session uses abstract expression and intuitive mark-making to explore presence, self-trust, and new ways of responding.
On arrival, guests are welcomed into a beautifully curated Italian-inspired setting.
Participants are invited to take a seat, pour a glass of quality Italian wine, and enjoy generous antipasto platters filled with traditional Italian delicacies — olives, cheeses, breads, and seasonal accompaniments.
Wine and antipasto are enjoyed throughout the entire session, creating a relaxed, indulgent atmosphere where conversation flows naturally and creativity unfolds without rush or pressure.
This shared ritual mirrors the Italian way of gathering — unhurried, sensory, and deeply connected.
This is not a traditional art class.
It’s a guided creative experience that supports clarity, connection and fresh perspective—ideal for leaders, teams, founders and professionals seeking something meaningful, memorable and genuinely different.
Guided by contemporary artist Melissa La Bozzetta, you’ll be led through a carefully curated process using abstract mark-making, movement, and intuitive prompts. The approach is expressive rather than instructional, drawing on the philosophy of European ateliers where exploration and feeling come before outcome.
The focus is on:
  • Letting go of perfection
  • Trusting instinct
  • Responding rather than controlling
  • Reconnecting with creative confidence
No prior art experience is required. All materials are provided, and the environment is relaxed, supportive and judgement-free.
For optimal experience, ideal group size is 8–16, but larger groups are welcome.
Each guest creates a finished abstract artwork as a reminder of what opens when creativity is allowed to lead. Guests also often leave feeling clearer, more grounded and quietly energised—carrying a renewed sense of confidence and perspective well beyond the session itself.
What you'll get
  • A finished abstract artwork created during the session: layered, intentional, and deeply personal.
  • More than a painting, you will be able to experience a process of slowing down, tuning in, and allowing ideas to surface visually.
Knowledge required
No art experience is required.
This experience is guided, supportive, and designed for anyone curious about creativity as a tool for insight, leadership and self-expression.
What to bring
Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore ideas through intuition rather than perfection.
All materials are provided.

I’m Melissa La Bozzetta, a contemporary artist whose work is created from emotion, memory, and lived experience rather than rules or technique.
Art has been my language for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve exhibited and worked internationally, guiding guests, collectors, and private clients through deeply personal creative experiences, moments where something unspoken finally finds its form.
My approach isn’t about learning how to paint perfectly.
It’s about feeling, trusting instinct, and allowing what’s already inside you to come through the work.
You don’t need any artistic experience to join my class experiences.
You’re invited simply to show up as you are.
Each session is intimate, expressive, and elevated, often shared over wine, conversation, and a sense of ease. I guide you intuitively, meeting you exactly where you are and supporting you to translate emotion into something tangible you can take home with you.
These experiences are designed for those who crave depth, beauty, and connection, whether you’re celebrating something special, seeking creative release, or wanting to reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
Art should move you.
And when it does — everything shifts.
