I'm Adi, a registered creative arts therapist and maker of many little things. My journey towards practising creative arts therapy developed from curiously searching for a deeper connection to self, emotion, materiality and healthy creative expression.

As an arts facilitator, I love designing and creating workshops that facilitate the playful and imaginative exploration of art materials.

As an artist, jewellery is my personal arts practice. I draw inspiration from the natural qualities of materials and ancient sand-casting techniques, my work emphasises the authenticity of traditional methods. Every piece emerges from a hands-on, exploratory process that captures the raw beauty and character of the materials, reflecting a deep engagement with their inherent qualities.
