Bring your next workshop to our beautiful heritage venue in Braddon. Just a stone’s throw from Lonsdale Street, its historic rooms serve a medley of artistic and community endeavors beyond music. Host your creative workshop with us!

Eight classrooms are available for hire at Ainslie Arts Centre, from small rooms perfect for one-on-one classes to larger rooms suitable for group classes, meetings or workshops.

Venue specifications:
All rooms are carpeted with heating/cooling and have at least 30 chairs, 4 trestle tables and a whiteboard. Note: some rooms feature additional resources such as TVs, pianos, and music stands.
Average classroom area: 59 square metres.
There is a common kitchenette in the Centre available to access, containing a sink, microwave, kettle and fridge.

History:
Formerly a Public School, Ainslie Arts Centre was converted into a designated music hub in 2009 and is now the go-to locale for rehearsals, jam sessions and where live gigs come to life.

Getting here:
Getting here is easy – we are serviced by two bus routes, we are a short walk from the city (and all transport services), but best of all we have a carpark free for users of the centre. Ainslie Arts Centre has wheel-chair accessible entrances, accessible toilets and accessible parking options.
