We had such a lovely afternoon doing this class with friends. Held in Puja’s home, it was a warm, welcoming and relaxed environment from the moment we arrived. Puja took the time to explain each ingredient, every step of the focaccia-making process and the purpose behind it. She demonstrated everything alongside us and was incredibly patient, offering guidance and encouragement throughout. Even beginners would feel comfortable. A special mention to her husband, who was a fantastic assistant and brought plenty of humour to the class. We all left with delicious focaccia, new skills, and a really fun shared experience. We highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a relaxed, hands-on activity with family or friends. + more
