Hello, my name is Ann-maree, and I am The Wandering Watercolourist, bringing the love of art into people's lives.

My artistic journey began as soon as I could hold a pencil. Although my creativity took a detour while I worked as a graphic designer in the corporate world, my passion for art never faded. Painting became my therapeutic escape and a way to reconnect with myself during my downtime.

That passion, enthusiasm, and sense of belonging naturally led me to guiding others through the beautiful world of watercolour. My work often reflects a deep appreciation for nature, wildlife, and emotional storytelling through colour and movement.

My teaching philosophy is grounded in creativity without pressure, encouraging people to explore their own style rather than strive for perfection. I aim to help others discover the joy of painting by creating a welcoming, supportive space where they feel confident to embrace their own artistic journey.
