Arm Knitting Workshop: Scarf

Learn how to knit a scarf with your arms only!

2 hours Class size 2 to 8

label $218 (or 4 payments of $54.50 Afterpay)

Who doesn't want a cosy hand-knitted scarf to protect yourself from crazy weather in winter? Wait, we meant, arm-knitted! That's right, no complicated traditional needle knitting, but a playful way of knitting with your arms only.

Curious how it works? Come join Vivian Qiu in a fun workshop and bring these skills home. When you touch that soft and chunky arm-knitted scarf, it will instantly melt your heart!

In the workshop, you’ll explore:

  • Arm-knitting techniques (no equipment needed, just your arms!)
  • Casting on, casting off and changing yarn of different twist/colour
  • Design elements: texture, colour matching and aesthetic
  • Creativity and inspiration

Depending on the size of your own scarf, it may take more time than the two-and-a-half-hour class to finish, however, you will be equipped to continue this soothing activity at home.

This workshop is perfect for both beginners and advanced learners! Make the workshop more personalised by booking a private (group) class.

The workshop will be run in a cosy café called 20g Coffee. Enjoy a cup of barista coffee and tea on us!
