I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Barcelona, and Spanish food and traditions have always been a big part of my life. After moving to Australia six years ago, I discovered how much I love sharing a little piece of my culture with others — especially through the rich flavours and warm spirit of Spanish cuisine.

Through my Spanish cooking classes, I offer more than just recipes—I create an immersive cultural experience. Each class is designed to transport you to Spain, whether it’s through the art of crafting authentic paella, the perfect tortilla de patatas, or enjoying a glass of good wine (or two!).

My goal is to leave you inspired: ready to book a trip to Spain or host a Spanish-themed gathering with friends and family, showing off your new culinary skills. Whether you're a seasoned cook or just starting out, my classes are fun, interactive, and tailored to all skill levels.
