What you'll do

Want to start wearing makeup but have no idea where to start? This makeup class in Melbourne is the perfect introduction to help take out the overwhelm of choosing which products are right for your needs and how to apply them correctly.

In this class, you will learn foundational skincare and makeup concepts which will help you perfect a simple makeup look.

Topics include:

The importance of a good skincare routine for a flawless base
Determining your skin type
Exfoliation and moisturising
How to colour match your foundation
Concealing and understanding colour theory
Contouring and determining your face shape
Brightening and highlighting
Brow mapping

Classes can be run at a local community centre in Berwick, from my studio in Narre Warren South, or grab a group of friends and I can come to you!

Knowledge required

No makeup or skincare experience required. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged!

Hi, I'm April. In 2018 I found my passion - encouraging and inspiring others to start taking care of themselves through amazing makeup and skincare.

Makeup is an art form that can be a little intimidating for beginners.
I offer online and in person classes to help all ages and abilities with no experience necessary.
These classes are designed to teach you everything you need to know about applying makeup, from choosing the right products to creating different looks.
Classes cover the importance of skincare, colour theory, and makeup application techniques. You'll learn about different types of makeup products, their uses, and how to choose the right products for your skin type and tone. The class will also cover the different types of makeup brushes and how to use them to create different makeup looks.

Try a one on one session in my home studio, or a community class at the local neighbourhood centre or grab a group of friends together and I can come to you!
