My name is Melissa and I am a graphic design and home baker based in Melbourne. My specialties are in making character steam buns, cake painting and artisan sourdough bread.

This class was fantastic. I booked this for a group of 11 of us for my friend's bridal shower. It was such a fun day! Melissa was an excellent teacher who explained everything really well and helped out anyone that needed it. We all made a little dog character for the first round and then we were let loose to make whatever we wanted. I was amazed by the level of creativity. They all turned out incredibly well. Would highly recommend this class.

The teacher was so lovely and we all had a great time. Some people got a bit lost with the instructions at times, but the teacher was always happy to help us individually if needed. The bear and mushroom were just so cute Only wish we could have filled the buns with custard

I did this virtual workshop from Sydney with my mum joining from Sunshine Coast. Was a lovely way to connect & get into the Christmas spirit when living apart. I was nervous about getting it wrong as im not big on cooking but the teacher made sure everyone was keeping up & they turned out amazing, lots of fun

This class is great fun - the instructor was helpful and knowledgable, and though it was my first time making these buns, they turned out really well. The online format works really well too - the overhead camera shows you each step very clearly.
