What you'll do
Discover the wonderful colourful world of printmaking with Emilie at her introductory block printing workshop in Melbourne!
In this workshop, friendly expert Emilie will teach you everything you need to get started and create your very own first edition of prints, creating stamps from rubber! You will design modular stamps to create your own series of prints, introducing colours to your prints. You will cover all the basic principles of designing for print, carving, inking and printing too. This workshop will give you all the tools and confidence you need to be able to continue your printmaking journey at home!
Emilie will teach you the basic principles of relief printmaking through a hands-on approach. You'll learn to design for print, carve, ink and print your first small edition. Emilie's classes are fun, engaging and adaptable to any skill level.
