For over 20 years, I've been immersed in the world of dressmaking, finding immense joy in creating something beautiful and unique with my own hands. Now, I'm thrilled to share that passion with you.

My journey isn't just one of a lifelong creator; I am also a qualified teacher with years of experience in both primary and high school classrooms. This unique blend of skills means I know how to create lessons that are not only inspiring and fun but are structured to help you succeed, no matter your age or skill level.

I started Blu Budgie Designs because I believe the art of sewing is a precious skill that is fading from our communities. It deserves to be revived and passed on to future generations.
