Book Club with an Arty Twist: Author Holly Ringland

March Book Club Theme is celebrating the Aussie author Holly Ringland!

In this unique Book Club evening at Bayside Makerspace, we invite you to celebrate Aussie author Holly Ringland and her captivating works, including The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart, Seven Skins of Esther Wilding, and her latest release, The House That Joy Built. Rather than focusing on a specific book, our Book Clubs are based on themes, allowing you to join in regardless of whether you've read the books or not. There's no pressure to read within a specific timeframe or discuss a book you didn't enjoy. We welcome all who are interested in the theme to come together and share their joy of reading.

To add to the fun and creativity, we'll also be incorporating simple art and craft projects into the evening. These projects are designed to be enjoyable and not overly complicated, allowing you to create something cool to take home and remember the wonderful time you've had with like-minded people.

At Bayside Makerspace, we understand that life can get busy, so there's no pressure to arrive on time or stay until the end. You can join us whenever suits you, ensuring you have a little cup-filling time to relax and enjoy the experience.

Don't worry if you're a beginner with art and craft - this is a judgement-free zone where you can simply have fun and express yourself.

If you read one of the author's books years ago, or just watched the TV version, also fine. We want to hear all the different perspectives.
