I’m Erica, a fashion designer who loves ripping up old clothing and re-making them into fabulous new pieces.I’m inspired by the transformation of something old into something truly unique and special.Up-cycling is about breaking the rules. It’s about experimenting, learning to look at things differently, and making the most of the resources we have all around us.I am professionally trained in fashion design and first began sewing at 3 years old. Making my own clothes has always helped me feel unique and original and is an empowering form of creativity to teach.Creating from second-hand clothing is so much easier than people realize, and I love watching people lose themselves in the creative process.We are surrounded by an abundance of clothing, making the up-cycling possibilities endless.Come and begin your journey with up-cycling.
