This class offers a few absolute classics that you’ll love to master in order to become the ultimate breakfast and brunch Masterchef! Learn valuable skills such as enriched bread making, knife skills and cooking techniques and so much more.

Gain confidence and learn valuable presentation and plating skills to ensure a round of applause at the very next breakfast you serve. We look forward to having you for your Breakfast Culinary Adventure!

Breakfast Brunch Masterclass Menu - vegetarian and dairy-free available:

  • Classic eggs Benedict with house-made REAL hollandaise (not that terribly awful stuff that comes in a UHT pack)
  • Death by chocolate croissants OR Decadent Cheese Croissants
  • Beautiful Brioche from scratch!
  • Learn perfect poached eggs

Enjoy a glass of bubbles with your breakfast from our fully licensed Bar with gin cocktails!

  • Apron provided
  • Feast on the meals you make and bring a take-home container just in case!

These classes are suitable for all levels of passionate foodies whether you are just beginning, are intermediate, or consider yourself advanced. Enjoy an amazing meal and bring your camera to capture the moments! Hands-on cooking classes in a small group are fun, informative and a great feast in a relaxed and fun environment.

Each class is a three-hour session run by an experienced chef that will guide you through the process of creating delicious meals. There is no individual workspace but you will work in small groups of up to four people to make the dishes off the menu.

NO REFUNDS ON BOOKINGS – but we do have a very generous rescheduling package!

Please note: The menu is based on available seasonal produce and is subject to change at the experience provider’s discretion. You will work and cook together as a team, and share workspace and the kitchen equipment with other participants. A group cooking session with partial group participation is the most effective and fun way to add to your cooking skills. To ensure the class finishes on time some elements of the dishes are demonstrated.

Note: Groups of four or more guests will get their own private table.

Suitable for

This class is a great indoor activity idea for individuals and couples as well as for a birthday, hens party, team building activity, bucks party or Christmas party.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 12 years old). An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.

This would also be a nice gift for her, gift for mum, anniversary gift or Xmas gift.


Vanilla Zulu adheres to COVID-19 government guidelines. They won't run this class if they've had flu symptoms in the last 14 days.

I totally enjoyed the class, Elle our teacher is very professional and efficient. We’ve made croissants and brioche, though I’ve made them before, these are much easier recipes to follow. The demo and instructions by chef Elle were clear and in details. She came around and checked on every one of us. I haven’t had much success of making egg Benedict, Elle made it so simple and now I can have egg Benedict every morning (only if I have time and no cholesterols problem). All ingredients were provided at the workshop. We’ve had a feast after and plenty to take home to feed my gang. Looking forward to doing the Desserts and Pastries class with Elle. My mum gifted my siblings and I this breakfast class for Christmas and we had a great time! Elle was so helpful and knowledgable and it was a great mix of structure and being able to work at your own pace. We made croissants and brioche buns from scratch as well as a hollandaise sauce and perfect poached eggs. At the end you get to enjoy your creations with a little spread of extras to decorate your plate + grab a drink if you like! This was my second class at Vanilla zuzu now and I'll definitely be back :)
