Timber and Resin Cheese Board Workshop

Create your own beautiful resin‑embellished cheese board

75 mins

Class size 1 to 10 (public classes), 1 to 20

$120 ($80 per class surcharge applies for private classes) (Afterpay available)

Create your own timber and resin cheese board in this fun, hands‑on north Brisbane workshop. You’ll explore colour, texture and simple resin techniques to transform a plain board into a beautiful serving piece you’ll be proud to display or gift.
This beginner‑friendly class guides you through:
Resin safety basics
Mixing and preparing resin
Choosing colours that complement your design
Applying resin for a smooth, glossy finish
Understanding how resin cures
No prior experience is needed — my teaching style is calm, clear and step‑by‑step, making this workshop perfect for beginners. You’ll feel supported throughout, and every student creates a unique board they’re proud of.
Your finished board will look beautiful once cured, sanded (if needed) and oiled for a food‑safe finish.
Please note: Resin requires 24–48 hours to cure fully, so your board cannot be taken home on the day.
Please arrange collection from my studio once it’s ready.
All participants are welcome, including NDIS clients. Support workers are warmly invited to attend at no cost.
Tee is incredibly flexible with class times, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you require an alternate session. Private group bookings and special celebrations are also warmly welcomed.

  • 5/5 from Eli Bennett, attended Aug 2026: I had such a great experience in the class! The teacher was friendly, patient and really helpful throughout the session. We got to try out different techniques and had plenty of time to be creative and enjoy the process. I especially loved how relaxed and welcoming the class felt. It was a fun experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!
  • 5/5 from Troy Hoban, attended Jul 2026: My husband and I did this on our anniversary and it was great. I did the cheese board and he did the charcuterie board. It was really relaxed and well organised. Instructions were clear and unlike some other courses I got to do all the steps myself so it was really hands on. The board looked really good and I can't wait to receive it in the mail since we don't live locally.
  • 5/5 from Taylor Pretty, attended Jun 2026: Easy to find and comfortable location, our teacher Tee was very helpful and full of insight into resin crafting! We had a great time, learnt a lot and can’t wait to pick up our new ocean style chopping boards!
