- All guests must have pre-purchased a ticket to attend.
- All guests MUST use a Farm Mason jar to pick. This is included in the price of your ticket.
- Snips are provided for your use. Only our farm-sanitised snips may be used.
- For the experience of all participants in the class, we have a no-children policy. This ticketed event requires prior purchase.
- Photos will be taken on the day. By registering for this event, you consent to your photograph being taken for use in The Paddock Lal Lal marketing and social media. If you do not wish for your photograph to be taken, please advise the staff or the photographer on the day.
- During the class, you are welcome to take photographs. Video recording is strictly prohibited.
- Before making a purchase, please read this policy so that you can understand what to expect once purchased.
- As we are a small business, all sales on our workshops are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations by customers.
- Please note that refunds will ONLY be provided when a class is cancelled by us due to staff unavailability, low booking numbers, or where the CFA declares an extreme or catastrophic fire rating.
- For private bookings, we require a 50% deposit for large groups. This deposit will not be refunded if there is a cancellation (7 days prior) or no-show to the class.
