We begin by the whole group (12 people) pausing together, quietly settling ourselves so we are ready to hear the inner story that is waiting to be expressed.
Then you’ll join up with two or three others at a small table, and the session gently unfolds from there.

After the stories have been shared with the wider group, the table opens for easy conversation. A lovely chance for social connection - based around the shared experiences of the workshop.


Heart Resonance - The Women's Circle is a quiet, facilitated gathering where women come together to speak, listen and be heard. It's a space where whatever you've been carrying finally gets a chance to breathe.
The experience unfolds in a warm, unhurried circle guided by the Profundity process, a symbolic board game that gently draws out what's already inside you. There's no advice giving, no fixing, no pressure to be eloquent or have it all figured out. You are simply invited to show up as you are and speak in your own way, at your own pace.
As the circle opens up something quietly powerful tends to happen. The heaviness softens. Connection grows. And that feeling of going it alone starts to ease, simply because the women around you understand more than you might expect.
After the facilitated session the gathering opens into a relaxed shared table, an informal, unhurried time to mingle, continue conversations or simply enjoy good company and ease.
Heart Resonance is less about learning something new and more about remembering what becomes possible when women feel genuinely safe, present and listened to. Most leave lighter than they arrived, often surprised by how much was already waiting inside them to be heard.

I’ve always noticed that people feel more connected — to themselves and to each other — when they’re given the space to speak and be truly heard.
For many years, I’ve worked in teaching, training, and facilitation roles, and again and again I saw that meaningful connection doesn’t come from advice or fixing. It comes from listening, presence, and feeling safe enough to share what’s real.
That insight led to the creation of ProFundity — a gentle, facilitator-guided experience built around a simple, non-competitive board game. It’s designed to support thoughtful conversation, self-reflection, and authentic connection, without pressure or performance.
Why I Love Facilitating
I love creating spaces where people can relax, slow down, and simply be themselves.
In "Shared Stories, Shared Table" workshops, there’s no expectation to impress or explain yourself. Participants are guided through reflective prompts that help them tell their story — in their own words, at their own pace — while others listen with care and respect.
Those moments of being heard often open the door to unexpected warmth, clarity, and connection.
