Over the last 3-4 years, I’ve been sharing my experiences and art skills with others through “sip and paint” sessions. The joy everyone leaves these sessions with wants me to do more of them :) I teach dot mandala art, an age old style of painting that’s comparable to meditation and mental yoga!
