  • 5/5 from Zjana Panebianco, attended Aug 2025: I happened to book in when no one else did, so I had the bonus experience of one-on-one. It worked out so amazing for me and my low level knowledge/experience. Emma made all the steps very easy to follow, and was very encouraging and calm which made the whole process even easier! 10/10 recommend, I left feeling so proud of myself and so happy to have a bag that I made!

  • 5/5 from Debbie Ebersohn, attended May 2025: Emma was amazing! She made everything simple and easy for a beginner and gave heaps of tips and advice throughout the day. There were so many options to get the colours and leather choices picked out. I also received a lot of recommendations on what I could use for some projects I wanted to do and she taught me about the different leathers and tools that would be best.
  • 5/5 from Matt Leonardo, attended Apr 2025: This is one of best classes I’ve ever taken! The teacher is amazing, patient, kind, highly intelligent and very cool/ easy to talk to. A side from learning so much, you get walk away with a stunning durable bag! I can’t express enough how much fun this was. Great activity to do alone or with friends. My boyfriend booked this as a surprise for my birthday and I couldn’t of asked for a better one.

Hi, I am Emma, a leatherworker with many years of experience of crafting. I was taught by my beautiful mother at an early age how to sew and knit, the passion for handcrafts she sparked in me has continued to this day.
Leather is such an interesting material to work with, possibilities are almost endless as to what you can create, and I am always finding new avenues to explore.
I love teaching people how to create their very own leather items. I get such enjoyment seeing someone learn a new skill, and walk away from my workshops with not only a completed product but also with the confidence and knowledge to explore this craft on their own.
