  • 5/5 from Janette Antouny, attended Aug 2026: Had a ball with Fran today - she’s such a good teacher and hilarious with her sense of humour. I don’t have a steady hand nor a creative bone in my body and she taught me how to make a wonderful piece i’m so stoked about. I’m returning back to do more classes - it’s addictive!

  • 5/5 from Amanda Steutel, attended Jun 2026: A really fun and creative workshop - can't believe with 14 people in attendance that every single design came out looking completely different! Lots of stones to choose from and great tips and advise given to ensure you walk away with a beautiful lazy suzan
  • 5/5 from Jenny Black, attended Apr 2026: Had a wonderful time making a Lazy Susan. Fran was a great teacher, friendly and guided me when needed. Would recommend to others but be aware, it is very addictive and also very relaxing at the same time!
  • 5/5 from Gina Quailey, attended Sep 2025: My first class was lots of fun. Fran was so knowledgeable and the table conversation between the group was an added bonus. I came away with my own lazy susan creation and couldn’t be happier. Going back next week for another class. I have found my new hobby.
  • 5/5 from Viki-Lea McIntyre, attended Sep 2025: Today was my first ever mosaic, I see more in the future. Fran is a great teacher and advisor, looking at her creations all around, you know you are learning from a professional with so much passion in her craft. Very organised, everything we needed was prepared and no shortage of supplies. From being greeted by the gorgeous little Jack (cavoodle), to a plentiful supply of tea, jam drops and lamingtons, I know I will be booking in again to make my next masterpiece. My son gave me the ClassBento gift card for my birthday, was very easy to download and book the class, do many to choose from.
  • 5/5 from Jo Harmel, attended Sep 2025: It was a great class, so many tiles and colours to choose from and Fran is so helpful and knowledgeable, definitely worth it

  • 5/5 from Michelle Wallace, attended May 2025: Lovely morning learning mosaics from scratch. I hadn't done any art projects before and Fran made me feel very welcomed and comfortable to ask any question to help me on my way. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the covered outdoor area was an absolutely lovely setting, even in the pouring rain.
  • 4/5 from Mary Sue-Jan Saint, attended May 2025: Lovely relaxing time, in beautiful surrounds, with a piece of art, i love having.

My interest in Mosaics started approximately 20 years ago - 2004. I started with some glass and a cutting wheel from a hardware store and kept going! From doing trays, picture frames, then tables - mostly using stained glass.
Glass is my thing.
I have tried ceramics, crockery, smalti, but always come back to glass.
A few years ago, my daughter suggested that I start teaching.
I worked out a plan of what to teach and it has grown from there.
My workshops are based at my home and there is a separate fully contained garden area from which I teach.
I love the teaching.
Most of my waking moments are about mosaics......either planning classes or working on my own projects
I sell these, either though markets or marketplace.
I have not tired of mosaics and enjoy every part of it and I hope that you will take part in a workshop and that I can impart my knowledge and experience with you.
