Mandala Drawing Workshop

Draw Mandalas in this Nambour workshop and enjoy a creative journey through pattern and purpose

3.5 hours Class size 1 to 7 guests

  $60 (Afterpay available)

Step into a calming, creative space where art meets mindfulness. In this workshop, you’ll explore the beautiful world of Mandalas—intricate circular designs that have been used for centuries across many cultures as tools for meditation, healing and spiritual connection.
We honour the Mandala’s deep roots in Hindu, Buddhist and Indigenous traditions, where these sacred circles symbolise unity, balance and the connection between the inner and outer worlds. Before diving into your own creation, we’ll take a moment to reflect on the meaning and intention behind Mandalas, and how they’ve been used as a meditative practice throughout history.
You’ll then be guided through the process of designing and creating your own Mandala artwork—focusing on pattern, colour and repetition as a form of relaxation and self-expression. Whether you’re working with paint, pen, or mixed media, you’ll leave with a meaningful piece that reflects your own inner landscape. This workshop blends creativity with mindfulness—a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect through art.
What you’ll learn:
  • The cultural and spiritual origins of Mandalas
  • How to design and draw a Mandala using symmetry and pattern
  • Techniques for mindful creativity and personal expression
  • Colour use and balance in circular design
