- What You'll Create: Your project may evolve with each session, but currently, you’ll design a stunning Willy Wagtail mosaic on a white dinner plate—a combination of ceramic tiles and a mirrored background. You will also decorate the top of a mosaic (cement base) muffin/cupcake using slate slivers and glass vitreous mosaic tiles shaped into a 3D flower petals/leaves, with a gold center round shaped tile. Your finished piece will serve as a beautiful reminder of the essential techniques that will inspire your future mosaic projects. Use your mosaic made in this class as a decorative platter or bird/bee bath in your garden.
