I have been lucky enough to be working in a profession I am passionate about. For the past 26 years I have been cheffing on private luxury yachts throughout Australia, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, picking up new ideas and cooking techniques along the way. When you are confined to a small Galley (kitchen) onboard a yacht, you learn excellent time management and skills. I have created simplified recipes that taste delicious and look great.
