- Pets and dogs are not allowed at this event to protect our flowers and other guests.
- To ensure your safety, closed shoes are required as there may be some wet or muddy spots around the fields.
- This ticketed event requires prior purchase. Photos will be taken on the day. By registering for this event, you consent to your photograph being taken for use in The Paddock Lal Lal marketing and social media. If you do not wish for your photograph to be taken, please advise the staff or the photographer on the day.
- During the class, you are welcome to take photographs. Video recording is strictly prohibited.
- Before making a purchase, please read this policy so that you can understand what to expect once purchased.
- As we are a small business, all sales on our workshops are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations by customers. Re-schedules are possible subject to availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, you must do this at least seven days before your class to cancel or reschedule.
- Please note that refunds will ONLY be provided when a class is cancelled by us due to staff unavailability, low booking numbers, or where the CFA declares an extreme or catastrophic fire rating.
- For private bookings, we require a 50% deposit for large groups. This deposit will not be refunded if there is a cancellation (7 days prior) or no-show to the class.
- Important note: Rescheduling requests must be sent via email only.
Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 6 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.
