Q: Is the workshop suitable for kids?
Older kids are welcome with parental guidance. The dotting technique is simple to learn, although it does require some patience and concentration.
Q: Will everyone make the same mandala?
We’ll work from a guided pattern, but you’ll choose your own colours and can make small changes along the way. They rarely end up looking exactly the same.
Q: Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. It’s a small-group workshop, so coming solo is completely normal — and usually doesn’t feel solo for very long.
Q: What will I take home?
Your finished 10 cm x 10 cm dot mandala canvas, a mini easel to display it on, and hopefully the feeling of two hours well spent.
Q: Is it messy?
Not particularly — dot painting is much more controlled than most painting classes. That said, acrylic paint and favourite white shirts are not always the best combination.
Q: Do you offer private group bookings?
Yes. Private group bookings are available for team get-togethers, groups of friends and family groups. Get in touch to discuss your preferred date and group size.

A Thought to Set the Tone
We’ll begin with a simple thought or quote to help you slow down, switch gears and ease into some creative time.
Get to Know the Tools
Your teacher will show you how the dotting tools work, how to build the pattern, and help you choose a colour palette for your piece.
Paint Your Mandala
Then we’ll start from the centre and build the mandala one dot at a time. You’ll be guided throughout, but there’s still plenty of room to make it feel like yours.
Take It Home
At the end, you’ll leave with your finished canvas and mini easel and hopefully the confidence to pick up the tools and try it again at home.
