Join Caroline Barber and Tee Ferlin for a unique resin art class in Brisbane where you can learn how to create a stunning seascape clock. In this workshop, Caroline and Tee will guide you step-by-step through the resin art process, ensuring that you feel supported and confident in achieving your creative goals.
This class takes place in a small home-based boutique studio, providing an intimate and personalised learning experience. As a beginner, you'll have the opportunity to explore resin art and incorporate glass accents to create a one-of-a-kind seascape clock.
Throughout the class, you'll have the chance to experiment with different techniques and materials, including beads, shells, sea creatures, or other sentimental items of your choice. We encourage you to bring your own items to truly personalise your clock.
Caroline is not only a talented artist but also a registered nurse specialising in NDIS clients. Tee has lived experience in the neurodivergent world. We warmly welcome all participants, including NDIS clients, and we are happy to accommodate any special requests or accessibility needs. Support workers are also welcome to attend the class at no cost. If you're unable to make it to the studio, Caroline and Tee can even come to you for a small travel fee, within 30 minutes of Petrie or Elimbah.
At the end of this resin art class in Brisbane, you'll be able to take home your own large seascape clock after it cures, a beautiful and functional piece of art that you can proudly display. So why wait? Join Caroline and Tee and discover the joy of resin art today!
Please read: Important information
  • Your item will not be available for collection on the day. The resin for clocks needs 7 days to harden before assembly for optimal results.
  • If you require postage, you need to add it as an extra. The fee covers postage and assembly. Please select clock postage on extras.
  • Items need to be posted after 7 days curing to prevent defects.
Pick-ups: We need items picked up in 8 weeks as we have insufficient storage space to keep items in the studio. We are happy to post, but you need to pay the postage fee as we have to pack, assemble, and go to the post. Please text to arrange pick-up in business hours at either of the two locations: Petrie or Elimbah.
This class is also available at our Petrie studio so please feel welcome to reach out for options. Check out "Caroline Barber" for a full range of exciting collaborative classes.

Hi my name is Tee and I have been crafting for the past 5 or so years, after my career suddenly ended due to multiple surgeries, bringing with it a deep sense of uncertainty about the future. I found myself asking questions I never thought I’d have to face: What now? What am I supposed to do with my life?
What I know is that I wanted to find and spread compassion and joy and so began my dive into all things creative and the beginning of Larrikin Creations. A space built from compassion, resilience and heart. We all know that life is unpredictable and sometimes messy and I wanted to find and celebrate the normal and the beauty in that. Art, in all its forms, is such an individual thing, where there is no right or wrong, and that really resonates with me.
I have hands on and lived experience in the neurodivergent world along with a strong background in administration and project management and now I'm teaming up with a highly experienced teacher/mentor who has been invaluable in setting up this business. We'd love to see you along to some new and unique classes.
