Craft beautiful pendants and earrings to wear, gift or sell at this fun Brisbane workshop!

2 hours Class size 1 to 2 guests

  $250 (Afterpay available)

Transform ordinary stones into extraordinary works of art with the mesmerizing technique of wire wrapping! Join me for a relaxing and rejuvenating class where you'll learn to make elegant necklaces and earrings. Unleash your creativity and find joy in the art of jewellery making!
This is the best time to start wire wrapping for Christmas.
Have these newly made jewelleries in hand ready for use or for gifts.
Enjoy the mindful art of wire wrapping with Alvin Alejo in Brisbane and discover how to make beautiful pendants and earrings with tumbled stones to keep or give as gifts!
Tumbled stones are most times just left on the shelves or containers getting dusty and mouldy. There's a way to enrich their charm as the wires wrapped artistically adds up the value of the stones.
Within this two-hour jewellery making workshop, you'll learn how to make two necklaces; one wrapped in brass wire and the other in a sterling silver wire; and a pair of earrings wrapped in sterling silver wire.
The pendants and earrings produced will have a higher selling value depending on the stone used and how it was made. This is a good source of income by enhancing the value of your stones.
At the end of this relaxing and rejuvenating class, you'll have made two pendants and a pair of earrings to take home and cherish forever!
Participants will receive FREE materials for making another sterling silver pendant or another pair of sterling silver earrings using the knowledge learned in the course. This extra jewellery to be made will serve as a unique gift to someone special.

I have always enjoyed working with my hands since I was young, which has made me skilled in many crafts. I am knowledgeable in various crafts that I have practiced in the past and continue to do as needed, including furniture making, boat building, paddle making, furniture restoration, polishing, wood turning, metal crafts, and Tai Chi.
I have a shed/studio where I work on my personal projects.
I am an active member of the Redcliffe Pottery Club and the North Pine Trade and Foundry Club. I learn and share my skills through these clubs. I previously had a furniture making business and am currently involved in jewellery making.
During my in-person workshops, I welcome NDIS Support Workers to attend for free. If they are interested in joining the workshop, payment is required.
