- 5/5 from Leanne Pollock, attended Feb 2026: Elena was an amazing teacher! I came with previous oil painting experience intending to brush up my knowledge and technique, but shes so knowledgeable, and is a natural teacher so no matter your level she's got something for you. Thank you!
- 5/5 from Vanessa Bigwood, attended Aug 2025: Elena, was warm, engaging and offered great expertise, making my private lesson a most enjoyable occasion. Thank you Elena.
- 5/5 from Gerard Benjamin, attended Feb 2025: There should be another star for "Exceptional". I learnt so much. The venue was scenic and the teacher superlative. What Iiked most? How quickly a passable rendering can be committed to canvas. This has inspired me to get into painting! Thank you...
- 5/5 from Sophie Blatcher, attended Dec 2024: What a wonderful way to end 2024! Elena was a fantastic, entertaining, and very knowledgeable teacher. And a kind host. I learned so much today and had a lot of fun. Elena has a beautiful way of explaining concepts in a way that makes sense and connects other understandings of how the world works. I can’t wait to apply my new skills and knowledge to future oil paintings. I highly recommend booking a class with Elena! :) 100/10
- 5/5 from Karen Gray, attended Jun 2023: Elena provided me with very valuable knowledge on watercolour equipment and it's usage. I learnt a lot of useful tips on technique in a hands on style of approach. I left with a few pieces of artwork created during the session. The session started promptly and certainly was not cut short. Elena is a very interesting person, passionate and a patient tutor. Her venue is easy to find. I was extremely happy with my private session and do highly recommend this.
- 5/5 from Jessica Buchbinder, attended Mar 2023: Elena is very knowledgeable and passionate. Our private class with her was great! We’ve learnt lots and sh really inspired us to continue painting. - Thank you, Elena!
