Join this DIY cabinet making course for beginners in Melbourne!
During this intensive four week course, the experts at CoCraft will guide you through all the basics of cabinetmaking needed to tackle your DIY projects at home, including:
  • Cabinetmaking overview, terms, concepts, and fundamentals
  • How to plan, measure, and cut panels accurately to size
  • How to accurately cut mitres
  • How to build a solid timber cabinet and drawer using glue, a brad nail gun, screws, and clamps
  • How to use a trim router, orbital sander, and drills
  • How to install drawer runners
  • How to install cabinet hinges and doors
  • How to prepare, paint, and finish MDF, plywood, and solid timber
At the end of the course, you will each take home a cool solid timber bedside cabinet with mitre joins, round legs and drawerall finished in a hard wax oil. You will go home with the confidence to tackle your future DIY cabinetmaking jobs!
