LIFE CAN BE HARD! ARE YOU LOOKING TO HEAL IN A CREATIVE AND SUPPORTIVE SPACE?Hi! I’m Chantel. I’m a social worker and counsellor who uses art therapy to support people to heal and express themselves through creativity. I’ve always loved art, crafts and making stuff, but after a life-changing conversation with a former boss I decided to take a leap of faith and combine my passion for supporting women and children in my professional life with my love of art and creativity in my private life. My workshops are designed to teach new and practical skills, increase participants’ confidence and self-esteem, heal from difficult experiences, and bring people together with similar lived experiences to build social connections and reduce feelings of isolation.
