Bonjour! My name is Olivia, and I’m a French pastry chef based in Melbourne. I’ve been passionate about pâtisserie for more than 15 years. What started as a hobby slowly grew into something bigger, and three years ago I decided to take the leap: I trained professionally and earned my CAP Pâtisserie in France, the official French qualification for pastry chefs.
Two years ago, I moved to Melbourne, bringing my love for French baking with me. Since then, I’ve been running workshops from my home and baking French cakes on order. Teaching has become one of my greatest joys, I love seeing people discover that French pâtisserie, while elegant and refined, can also be fun and accessible to learn.
Why do I love teaching? Because baking is about much more than recipes. It’s about sharing, creating memories, and experiencing the simple joy of a homemade treat. In my workshops, I provide everything: quality ingredients, professional tips, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone leaves not only with their creations and recipes, but also with the confidence to bake again at home.
My classes are hands-on, relaxed, and tailored to all ages: from kids to adults, beginners to enthusiasts. I teach in both English and French, and I always adapt my approach so that everyone feels comfortable.
