What you'll doDiscover the joy of clay sculpture and hand building in our exciting creative pottery workshop here in Brisbane!In this hands-on class, kids aged 6+ will learn how to create their own unique pottery pieces using basic and effective hand-building techniques. Our talented instructors will guide you through the whole process, ensuring they have all the knowledge and support you need to unleash your creativity.Our workshop are designed to be fun, engaging, and perfect for a break during the school holidays. Our warm and uplifting environment will make you feel right at home.We have a huge range of pottery inspiration to help guide your creation process. Some of the things you might make during a class include, but are not limited to:

• Animal Plates: Cats, dogs, pandas, dinosaurs, oh my!!
• Trinket dishes, jewelry trays and more
• Mugs, cups and vases
• Animal creatures

While we are more than happy to make suggestions and help, we also encourage kids to unleash their creativity and make something they'll love.Parents, we haven't forgotten about you! You're more than welcome to join in the fun by booking yourself a ticket to the workshop or supervise your little ones at no extra cost. You're also more than welcome to take a break in our studio space or paint some pottery yourself while the kids create and play. If you choose to, feel welcomed to play alongside your child and create memories together that will last a lifetime.Painting Your Pottery Pieces:Painting your pieces and bringing them to life is included in your workshop price and provides the best value experience.You have 2 options on the painting:1. Paint on the day: You can absolutely add color to your piece on the day. This is especially beneficial for those who are time poor. We can leave time for you to paint on the day, and we'll take your pieces through the full firing process and have them ready and available to collect 6 weeks later.2. Make a second day out of it: We can do the 1st firing of your pieces (the bisque firing) and pop it in our paint studio for you to create away. Our paint studio is opened during our café opening hours. There's no need to book. Simply wait for the text to say it's ready, return to our studio and use our paint-a-piece studio to add color and bring your creations to life. Imagine the satisfaction of painting your own unique pottery piece!Note: The color tends to be more vibrant and bright when painted after the first firing (option 2)By the end of the workshop, your child will not only have learned valuable pottery techniques but will also have their own masterpiece to treasure forever.
