Let us mix you a story...We’re Six-Tricks- a working distillery and cocktail bar tucked into the backstreets of Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast. We craft spirits that push the boundaries and cocktails that flip the script. For us, it’s not just about a drink - it’s about the experience, the flavour journey, and the story in every glass.Six-Tricks started with a big dream (and a little mischief). Our founders left the corporate world to chase something more spirited - literally. That spark turned into a copper still, and from there we built a space where innovation, fun, and quality collide. We’ve always believed that drinks should be shared, stories should be told, and people should leave knowing a little more than they came in with. That’s why our cocktail classes are hands-on, high-energy, and full of personality. You’ll learn the classics, discover wild new twists, and leave with skills to impress your mates (plus a good buzz and better banter). Our team is made up of award-winning bartenders, distillers, and industry pros who’ve run everything from fine-dining programs to festivals. We've taught hundreds of students - from birthday crews to corporate teams.Whether you’re a cocktail newbie or a seasoned shaker, you’re in for a memorable time. No fluff, no boring lectures - just good vibes, great drinks, and a peek behind the curtain of our distillery.Come shake things up with us.
