It was great and very therapeutic to sit quietly and work with clay. We have some experience in different mediums of art, including clay, so it wasn't difficult to get into it. However, since there wasn't too much structure to the class (not a criticism), newbies may struggle. I thought it was great value for money, however, the people on our table and I all agreed that being provided with some water for our clay would be useful from the start. Other than that, all materials needed were appropriately provided to us. Our teacher was lovely! + more

Chef Keita provided us with knives, cutting boards, and ingredients, so we didn't have to bring anything except ourselves. He was very patient with us if we had any questions and helped us if needed. We learned how to make about 6 or 7 dishes and he told us how to present them in our bento boxes to make them look the most appealing. We got two bento box serves (2 each) out of all the ingredients that were provided and we just wanted to eat them both straight away! The class was super well priced, as you just have to show up and all ingredients are provided for you to cook (with guidance) with Chef Keita. I would love to do the class again, it has inspired me to cook more Japanese food at home! + more
