I booked this class for my partners birthday and it did not dissapoint. The teacher took his time in explaining the different techniques that can be used and how his family used these techniques back in Italy. He also explained different types of flower and the best what way the pasta should be made to your liking. He also made the class fun and enjoyable and we will definitely be booking another one.

Clay and Sip Pottery Class: Gold Coast
I took my boyfriend and myself to the Thai Mudgee Clay class for a date. It was great and very therapeutic to sit quietly and work with clay. We have some experience in different mediums of art, including clay, so it wasn't difficult to get into it. However, since there wasn't too much structure to the class (not a criticism), newbies may struggle. I thought it was great value for money, however,I took my boyfriend and myself to the Thai Mudgee Clay class for a date. It was great and very therapeutic to sit quietly and work with clay. We have some experience in different mediums of art, including clay, so it wasn't difficult to get into it. However, since there wasn't too much structure to the class (not a criticism), newbies may struggle. I thought it was great value for money, however, the people on our table and I all agreed that being provided with some water for our clay would be useful from the start. My boyfriend and I went to Japan in October and absolutely loved the food there so we were beyond excited to learn how to make very common dishes with Chef Keita. Chef Keita provided us with knives, cutting boards, and ingredients, so we didn't have to bring anything except ourselves. He was very patient with us if we had any questions and helped us if needed. The class was super well priced, as you just have to show up and all ingredients are provided for you to cook (with guidance) with Chef Keita. I would love to do the class again, it has inspired me to cook more Japanese food at home! + more
