It was awesome to sit and talk with our teacher about different drinks and techniques involved with making cocktails and then getting behind the bar to make the recommended drinks based on our preferences and tastes. Our teacher was well knowledgeable and make the experience fun. Great vibe and well worth it.

He taught us 4 cocktails of our choosing and was very helpful with recommending what we might like. We got to enjoy each cocktail before making the next. Great relaxed atmosphere in a lovely whiskey bar. I bought this for my husband as a birthday present and would highly recommend as an experience with friends or family.

It is super fun to be actually behind a working bar to make the cocktails. Everyone said they had a ball and that they would love to do the class again. Very highly recommend this.

We didn't really know what to expect but we were blown away by how much fun the night was. Lachie showed us how to make 4 different cocktails where we also had the oppertunity to come behind the bar and try it ourselves before drinking them. Being able to pick a few of our favourite cocktails to make really added to the experience and Lachie had some great hints and tips to take home! Ultimately, it was the people behind the bar at Cobbler that made this so much fun. Lachie was an absolute legend full of banter, tips and facts, but so were the rest of the crew on that night (Sarah was especially awesome too). This was such a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone considering it. You get to learn something new in a cosy, relaxing atmosphere and with a really fun bunch of people.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming What really stood out was how interactive it was—everyone got involved, made their own drinks, and shared laughs throughout the night. The ingredients were fresh, the bar setup was professional, and we even picked up a few bartender tricks to show off at home.

Our teacher was super knowledgeable and even had some history to tell us about the drinks and their origins. Dylan was such a perfect host for the night, asked us what type of drinks we prefer and tailored the exprience for the both of us. Dylan first showed us how he makes them and then got us to go behind the bar and make them ourselves before enjoying them all together. Overall it was a perfect experience and would recommend this to anyone who is interested in making cocktails 5/5.

Luke guides you through the art of making cocktails, catering to your taste and bringing in somethings you may not have tried. He has a wealth of knowledge and keeps it as simple or as involved as you want it to be. It was a very fun 2 hours. Would definetly go back again.

The experience was tailored to our preferences—we chose white spirits and got to make four different cocktails, each one delicious and unique. Sarah, our instructor, was fantastic—super knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole evening fun and interactive. She answered all our questions with ease and kept the energy high throughout. It was the perfect night out with friends, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hands-on, entertaining experience in the West End.
