Located in Melbourne's North, Coconut Luxe Collections is run by registered Australian Soapmaker Katherine Tzelepis (registered with the Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme).

Our passion is teaching and coaching people wanting to enter the soap and candle market. This niche is a billion-dollar industry and shows no sign of slowing down. I have come to realise that there is a huge demand for more quality soap and candle makers. I am filling the gap between making your items and how to market them amongst the saturation and how you can stand out from the crowd.

We create handcrafted soy candles, luxurious soaps, organic lip balms, body oils, room sprays, and more, using our main ingredient coconut oil.

Kathy presented a wonderful class. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. She went through the process in detail, but without overwhelming you. Super excited to take what I've learned and make some lip balms with my 9 year old daughter.

1/ Background noise was very hard to hear over for the first part of the video.
2/ A few times the presenter used the wrong words when giving instructions - eg - saying maybe 'lye' instead of 'oils'. That sort of thing.
3/ Also I haven't received the e-book mentioned when I signed up, and in your conformation email.
4/ Somewhat disorganised - having to fetch things needed for the demonstration instead of having everything ready to hand.

Unfortunately due to bad WiFi as an educator I was flustered and overwhelmed with the bad weather that night. Since then the problem has been rectified and we apologise for something that was out of our control that evening.

I also tried sending the ebook and it bounced back a few times, so we'll ask someone from ClassBento to send that through to you so that you can have access as soon as possible.
