Need some inspiration in the kitchen this week? Join Veet's Vegan Cooking School for a live-streaming Ayurvedic cooking class and learn new easy recipes you can incorporate into your weekly meal plan!

In this online class, you'll be guided through the process of cooking three meals based on the principles of Ayurveda by friendly expert Veet herself! Ayurveda is a traditional Indian way of eating taking into consideration your physical condition and the environment around you.

You will learn new cooking techniques and uncover some of Veet's best tips and tricks for cooking doshas: Vata, Pita and Kapha.

On the menu:

  • Chai
  • Chilla flatbread and chutneys
  • Roti (whole wheat or gluten-free)
  • Kitchari
  • Veg Subjee (curry)
  • Dhal
  • Palak Aloo and tofu paneer (spinach, potato and tofu)

Please note:
You can substitute potatoes for sweet potatoes if you prefer.

Hi, I am Veet of Veet's Vegan Cooking School. I am a nutritionist and a vegan cooking facilitator. I have been vegan since 2015 and vegetarian for 29 years prior to that. My passion is helping people learn how easy, healthy and delicious it is to eat vegan food. As well as individual private classes I also run a three-day vegan cooking course and full vegan chef training.

Before opening the cooking school in 2015 I ran a very successful vegan catering business for over 10 years and was a primary school teacher for some time too. I love facilitating as much as I love cooking. It is a match made in heaven!
