We’ll transform your workplace, office, event space or chosen venue into your very own Pilates experience. Our team brings the mats, equipment and good vibes, so you can focus on enjoying the moment together.
Here’s what your experience looks like:
  • 45 minutes of feel-good Pilates: Led by one of our qualified instructors, your team will enjoy a guided mat Pilates session designed for all experience levels. Expect movement, a little challenge and plenty of smiles along the way.
  • 15 minutes to reset: After moving together, it’s time to slow things down with guided breathwork and relaxation. A chance to switch off, recharge and enjoy a moment of calm away from the working day.
  • A shared experience: More than just a workout, this is an opportunity for your team to connect outside their usual environment, try something new and create memories together.
Never tried Pilates before? Perfect!
Our sessions are beginner-friendly, inclusive and designed to make everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their Pilates experience. Our instructors offer modifications so everyone can participate at their own level.

Hi, I’m Kiarah, founder of Atlas Method!
I’m a qualified Pilates instructor, and I created Atlas because I realised the part of teaching I loved most was bringing Pilates into events and creating experiences people genuinely looked forward to.
There’s something completely different about teaching a group of best friends celebrating a bride, a bridal party starting a wedding morning together, or a group coming together for a special occasion. Pilates becomes less about getting a workout in and more about creating a moment everyone gets to share.
That’s what Atlas is all about.
We bring beautiful, beginner-friendly Mat Pilates experiences directly to you, so you don’t need to organise a studio or worry about whether everyone in the group has done Pilates before. We provide the equipment, instructor and experience — you bring your favourite people.
Our signature experiences combine Mat Pilates with optional breathwork and wellness elements, and we can tailor the session to suit the energy of your group. Whether you want a wholesome start before the hens celebrations begin or something memorable for the bride who would choose Pilates over a traditional hens activity any day, we want it to feel special to her.
Since starting Atlas, we’ve delivered Pilates and wellness experiences for everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale events of around 50 guests, and we’ve built a growing team of qualified instructors who share our approach to making movement fun, welcoming and social.
One of my favourite things about teaching hens parties is that you’ll often have a complete mix of experience levels in the same group. Some girls live and breathe Pilates, while others have never stepped onto a mat before. Our job is to make sure nobody feels intimidated or left behind.
Expect good music, plenty of laughs, beautiful mats and a Pilates session designed to leave everyone feeling energised rather than exhausted.
For me, Atlas has never been about creating the hardest Pilates class possible. It’s about giving people a reason to move, connect and celebrate together.
