- 5/5 from Duana Toppi Espin, attended Mar 2026: Yovanna was a lovely teacher and so, so patient. We had fun and learned a lot. Definitely, highly recommend!
- 5/5 from Christina Cicuto, attended Mar 2026: The class with Jovanna was fantastic. She is a great teacher and explained each step clearly. She was very patient when I lost count or made mistakes, and needed something explained a second or third time! I was really impressed with my finished charm and excited to continue crocheting. In fact, the next day I made more! I'd highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn crochet and finish a project in the class time.
- 5/5 from Adeodatus McCormack, attended Mar 2026: Yovanna was really friendly and helpful. We’d never crotcheted before but she made us feel at home and was very patient with our 1000 questions. And our crotchet cat charms are super cute!
Your teacher
Hi everyone! My name is Jovana but you can call me Jojo. I'm 24 years old and I've been crocheting for the past 5 years! I picked up the hobby because I've always been a gift giver and wanted to make something hand-made for my best friend's birthday. Who would've thought it'll turn out to be my passion! During my crochet journey, I've had the pleasure of teaching friends and others the craft and see that special spark in their eye when they feel proud of something they made with their own hands. I love helping people discover something they're passionate about, and in teaching crochet, I always hope that some of my students will feel the same spark I felt when I first started. I've always loved crafting, especially as a little girl. Finding a place within the crochet community has helped me reconnected with that part of myself. Whether you're looking to escape the mundaneness of life through crafting, or trying to find a new passion, I will happily guide you on your journey :) I look forward to showing you all the wonderful, challenging and fulfilling aspects of the crochet world!
