Hi, I’m Rochelle the founder and creative soul behind Curate U.

Curate U began from my own awakening during a wellness retreat in Vietnam, where daily creative workshops that revealed hidden layers of her soul, sparking clarity and healing.

I am a certified art therapy practitioner and wellness advocate that believes in the power of creativity to find clarity and connection. My mission is to hold space for spiritual gals like myself to feel empowered to explore creative expression without the pressures of perfectionism.
