With many years of teaching experience, Dan has introduced hundreds of students to the fascinating world of glassmaking. His supportive and engaging teaching style inspires confidence, creativity, and a lasting passion for working with glass.

Based on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, just 45 minutes from Melbourne, Off The Plinth Glass Studio offers a unique, personalised, hands-on learning experience. The purpose-built studio is fully equipped with glass kilns, coldworking equipment, and professional flameworking facilities.

Designed for one-to-one tuition and small classes of up to five students, the studio provides an ideal environment for both beginners and experienced makers wishing to expand their skills.

Inclusivity is central to the studio ethos, and individuals, couples, and small groups are all warmly welcomed. Bookings are essential.
