Decoupage Gift Boxes Workshop

Learn the art of this Victorian craft and create your own beautiful keepsake box

4 hours Class size 1 to 15 guests

$85 (Afterpay & PayPal Pay in 4 available)

Come along and transform simple craft boxes into a beautiful, personalised keepsake or gift box using the timeless art of Decoupage.
Originating in 17th-century Europe, decoupage became a chic Victorian pastime in France and England, where it was used to create beautiful decorative boxes and household treasures using patterned papers, prints, and paints. In this relaxed, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to layer, seal and finish decorative papers to create a finished box that will be transfromed into a luxurious keepsake.
With Easter and a new season of Bridgerton approaching, this workshop is ideal for creating handmade gift boxes for chocolates, soaps, jewellery or seasonal treats — or for crafting a beautifully styled, antique-inspired keepsake box to treasure at home.
A wide variety of decorative papers, prints, wrapping paper, embellishments and finishes will be provided, giving you the freedom to design something that reflects your own style.
This is a slow, creative 4-hour session, with plenty of time to experiment, refine your design and enjoy the process without rushing.
Light refreshments are included, making this a perfect weekend creative escape!
No experience is necessary — just come ready to create.
